Thank you for your interest in Premiere Envelope Service! Please take a moment to provide us with information that will enable us to properly quote your envelopes! If more convenient, you may e-mail, fax or mail us a copy of your current order or invoice and we would be happy to provide a quote.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all features are available for every product type.

1. How would you like to distribute regular offering envelopes?
	In pew or in the back of the church (minimum 500)
	Annually in boxed sets - distributed at church
	Annually in boxed sets mailed to members' homes
	Mailing Program - Monthly
	Mailing Program - Bi-Monthly
	Mailing Program - Quarterly

2. Quantity of envelopes:
	individual boxed sets (minimum 20 sets)
	in pew or in the back of the church (minimum 500)
	mailing program sets

3. If you use Special Collection Envelopes will they be inserted in boxed sets or distributed in bulk? In Sets In Bulk
