#2018 Bible Stories - The Catch of Fish Long DescriptionThis is the Catch of Fish bible stories offering envelope from the childrens bible stories boxed set item number 2000. This offering envelope has a light blue background with the words THE CATCH OF FISH across the top left. In the lower right of this childrens offering envelope, there is a picture of two men fishing out of a yellow boat with a net. There is a story in the center of this kids offering envelope that reads:
Peter, James, and John were expert fishermen. They knew all the tricks for catching lots of fish, but one day, they were having no success. Jesus called to them from the shore and told them to put their nets out into the deep water for a catch. To their surprise, the nets became so full of fish that they began to break. The men put so many fish in their boats that the boats began to sink! Once again, Jesus used His creation (this time, fish) to perform a miracle. The three men gladly dropped their nets, followed Jesus, and became "fishers of men." (Luke 5:1-11)
