During Jesus' ministry parents often brought babies and little children to Him. Children just loved being in the presence of Jesus and He loved seeing them, too! Well, the disciples-who were often confused about such important matters- were not happy about this at all! In fact, they told parents to keep their children away from Jesus! Jesus scolded the disciples and reminded them that children were always welcome. That's because Jesus thinks kids are cool. And what's more, He wants everyone to be like a child- eager to love Him with all their heart. (Luke 18:15-17)
