In Luke 15 Jesus tells a story of a young man who wanted to take all of his inheritance, leave home, and live on his own. But he did not manage his money carefully-in fact, he wasted it all and was left with nothing. He just knew that his father would not take him back, so he planned to return home and beg his father to hire him as a worker. But to his surprise and relief, his father happily welcomed him home! Jesus wants us to know that as God's children, we can always be sure that His arms are open wide for us, too! (Luke 15:11-32)
