#2008 Bible Stories - Noah and the Ark Long DescriptionThis is the Noah and the Ark bible stories offering envelope from the childrens bible stories boxed set item number 2000. This offering envelope has a light blue background with the words NOAH AND THE ARK across the top left. In the lower right of this childrens offering envelope, there is a picture of Noah's ark with a rainbow coming out of the top of it and pairs of animals beside it walking on green pastures. The pairs of animals are lions, elephants and giraffs. There is a story in the center of this kids offering envelope that reads:
A good man named Noah proved that one is never too old to be used by God. He was nearly 600 years old when God chose him to build a special boat-an ark-to protect him and his family from a flood God would send to the earth. But the family was not alone! God commanded two of every animal to come to Noah so that they would be spared, too. After 40 days and nights of rain, God started the earth over and promised never to flood the earth again. He sealed his promise with a rainbow-the same rainbow you still see today! (Genesis 6:9-8:22)
