#2015 Bible Stories - The Resurrection Long Description
This is the Resurrection bible stories offering envelope from the childrens bible stories boxed set item number 2000. This offering envelope has a yellow background with the words THE RESURRECTION across the top left. In the lower right of this childrens offering envelope, there is a picture of Jesus wearing a red and blue robe walking on blue puffy clouds. There is a story in the center of this kids offering envelope that reads:Jesus friends were very sad when He died on the cross. Even though He told them that He would rise again, they did not understand. So you can imagine the surprise they felt when they found His tomb empty. Two shining angels stood at the tomb and reported that Jesus had risen from the dead! Mary was so happy that she ran to tell everyone she knew. Jesus also wants you to tell everyone that same happy news: "He has risen!" (John 20:1-18)
