This is the Joseph and His Brothers bible stories offering envelope from the childrens bible stories boxed set item number 2000. This offering envelope has a blue and sand colored background with the words JOSEPH AND HIS BROTHERS across the top left. In the lower right of this childrens offering envelope, there is a picture of Daniel with the lions. There is a story in the center of this kids offering envelope that reads:Being sold by your very own brothers is an awful way to begin life. But in Joseph's case, God used this terrible thing for many people's good. Joseph's brothers were jealous of him because their father, Jacob, loved him the most. So they sold him to traveling merchants, who sold him to a guard of Pharaoh. Joseph later became the trusted ruler of all of Egypt and saved his brothers, father, and many others from dying during a famine. What Joseph's brothers meant to be evil, God meant for good. Like Joseph, you can always trust God to take care of you. (Genesis 37:12-47:12)
